It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of the 2020 summer soccer season for the Batavia Soccer Club.  We know you are as disappointed by this news as we are, but with the cancellation of RDYSL and other restrictions relating to group size and social distancing, we didn’t see a path forward for the 2020 summer soccer season. 

Some expenses have already been incurred and paid for the summer season, such as insurance premiums for players, background checks for coaches, etc., The soccer club is covering some of these costs but as a volunteer, not-for-profit organization, we are unable to absorb all expenses.  Therefore, we are offering pro-rated refunds to all players as outlined below: 

Please click on the following link by Sunday, June 14^th to indicate in which manner you would like your refund.  You will need to complete a separate form for each player registered within your household.

You have three options:

1. Donation: We are a volunteer run, not-for-profit organization and we rely heavily on registration dollars to fund our Club. If you are able to apply your summer registration payment as a donation to the Club, this will help us continue to provide programming to our community in future seasons.


2. Credit: If you would like to request a future credit, we will create a household discount that will be automatically applied to a future season for the player who was actively registered for the summer.


3. Reimbursement: If you would like to request reimbursement of summer soccer fees, we will process refunds as quickly as possible.  Please keep in mind that we have 700 players registered in the club and the reimbursement process is a manual one.  Our credit card company has a 7-12 day waiting period for refunds.  Therefore, we ask for your patience with this process.  Any reimbursement would be made via the method in which you paid.  For example, if you paid by check, you will be refunded via check, which will be mailed to your home address.
